In APIC group, we explore a diverse range of research topics centering IC design. We work on two main categories of IC design: Analog and Power.

Our interests range from low-power IoT circuits to hundreds of Watt power systems, from CMOS technology to wide bandgap technology.

We believe in a smart power system where precision and sensing ICs are combined with power ICs to advance the efficiency and reliability of the state-of-the-art power systems. We will also explore the combination of Silicon technology and wide bandgap technology for more efficient power systems.
